I've been digging for an answer and found an expired pastebin. What i am trying to figure out is, how do i scan the channel, to rebuild the list of users to give points to, not based on join/parts.

I am looking to achieve the same thing, if the bot goes offline or someone is lurking. Also i'd like to scan the channel if someone subs, they start getting their double points as well.
