I've been wondering for a good time now and I finally decided to ask. Is there a way to edit a message sent to a channel?

Basically I want to counter the timeout spam on Twitch by bots (moobot).

Assuming it's your channel that moobot is in, you can disable any/all of moobot's spam filters in moobot's dashboard. If it's not your channel, then the answer is no.

Not my channel, no.
