Some friends are working on a twitch bot, and we are having problems with the bet sistem.

We are looking to this kind of script. We want it to work like 1 mod create a new bet like !bet 50 win, lose . and the people bet his points with 1 to win 2 for lose or something like this..

Is that so dificult to do it?

Other thing, is we are looking to make things pop up in the stream, like for example.

!Buy rat (For example) and then you pay some coins for it and a Rat GIF appears in the screen, for some time and with a sound I think it will work with this pluggin for OBS, but we dont know how to it. Is that even posible to do it?

About "!buy rat" - i think it is possible with /run-command. And idea will be the same as new followers\subscribers greeting - you will add some chromokey-window (browser or some player) well you will /run you rat animation and 2nd /run can play some music at the same time. At least i would start with this.

You'd have to write html to a file for clr browser to display your rat gif.
