I need to mute mIRC with a script.
This means that there sould be a script that toogles all mIRC sounds (Highlight, Beeping other scrpits' sounds) on and off. Withput making changes toother scrits that use sounds...
I really have to do that..

"all mIRC sounds " doesn't mean "all system sounds"--

Agreed. This should be posted under the Feature Suggestions sections. I use my computer as my alarm clock so my master volume may not be 0, and dont like it when mIRC makes some blaring sound (/sound request, etc) while I sleep.
Currently I hack this by leaving WinAmp on Pause which ties up my cheap soundcard, preventing mirc sounds from playing. (My alarm script plays sounds in WinAmp)
/sounds [events|requests|splay] <on/off>

You can turn sound requests on|off with /sound on|offYou can turn event beeps on|off with /ebeeps on|offThere is no way I know of to turn highlight sounds on|off though..

...which it is (KingTomato phrased that semi-sarcastically, and really meant that he only wanted to mute sounds that mIRC makes, and not to mute all system sounds)
