Event filter set to hide quit messages, but they still appears in channel.

Now in v7.36 bug still present.

I tested with option Hide for Quits, and it was not showed.

Ag joined channel, and quit before sahana msg.



Can you show mIRC options?

Edit: I tested with option "In channel" for global option, and "hide" for a channel... same result, it works normaly.

Thanks for your bug report. I have not been able to reproduce this issue. I tested this by changing the setting in the Options/IRC/Events dialog as well as in the Window's system menu Event dialog. In both cases, quit messages were hidden from the channel.

If this is not working for you, you may be using a script that displays custom quit messages.

If you install a clean copy of mIRC in an empty folder, using the "portable" option in the installer, without any scripts, and test it, does it show the same issue?

I set filter not global, but in channel window properties.
Now I'l test a clean install, thank you for point.

portable version filter works as it should.
