I want a script that will auto-voice nicks that start with "[FX]-" how can I go about doing this?

on *:JOIN:#:{
if ($nick != $me) && ([FX]-* iswm $nick) .raw mode # +v $nick
}

Use /avoice and let mIRC handle it.
/avoice [FX]-* #channel [network(optional)]
/help /avoice
