Looking for an Advanced Coder that can help me with scripts for mirc twitch bot.

i am looking for a coder who can help me making a bot for twitch.

i have a gaming community and a few are allowed to use the bot to promote our community.

i have the simple things setup like when a person say hello the bot will say hi "user", welcome to "chan" livestream"

and when some types in !mgc it will post our gaming community site in chat.
what i am looking for is to make a script to have each user their own separate commands. i have been searching for something like that but havent succeeded.
