I know that version 7.32 fixed the buffer-overflow but the attacker still try to exploit that hole regardless. Kaspersky detect it and reports Intrusion.Win.mIRC.DCCSEND.buffer-overflow.exploit and block it but attacker uses real ip and fake ip on the attack. As a result, I get [10053] Software caused connection abort. My question: Is there a way to block this dcc send from a user on IRC?

To prevent a message from being sent to your IRC client, the IRC server would have to support such a feature on the server side. Some IRC networks, such as Undernet, support a /silence command which may be what you are looking for. If you are on a different IRC network, you would need to join their help channel to ask if they support such a feature.
