OP pctek Pikka bird P Joined: Dec 2007 Posts: 14	One of the things I hate about IRC are the blind PM's from people. It would be fantastic to have a function where I could create a list of those I want to be able to PM ( /msg) me and those not on the list would get a message stating I don't accept blind PM's. This is similar to the ability to block unwanted DCC chats or file sends. If only this could happen!
