As the topic says I have Windows 7 on both my laptop and desktop, I went to copy my mirc settings (it's not on drive C) however, I did that, it gave me a fresh install with none of my scripts nor settings working. How do I copy what's on this computer both my own servers and scripts and back them up? It doesn't appear to be on the current mirc directory.

Thanks, Rob

the scripts and settings may be in applications data on the machine, check, and if so, copy the same information to applications data area on the other machine. With windows 7 mirc follows windows conventions (by default) and puts user data in the applications area.

How do you find it?

Type //echo -a $mircdir -to see where it is.
If you use //run $mircdir (or "/run .") then explorer will open at that directory. wink
