Forums mIRC Help timer

I spent some time looking for the hole forum searching for a timer thing What I would like to do is have it so i can do this:
-addclan #chan <website> <game Type> <Recruiting yes/no > <name Of clan> <what they Play>

I tryed to work on one but it came out to alot of junk, I want my bot to be able to add that to my bot and have a timer on it so it will say it ever 5-10 mins

Ok I have my bot in my channel k and i want to make a command to make it so i can add all that stuff so i wont have to do /timer all the time:
Heres my bot:
<MYBOT> #clan My clan name is Recruiting They play ut,ut2k3 and there web site is www.myclan.com

I want to be able to add info to my bot like that^^^ and have a timer set on it
