OP uberRegenbogen Pikka bird U Joined: Aug 2010 Posts: 19 USA	(mIRC 7.27 under Wine 1.2.2) mIRC hangs upon saving a (non-ini) popup file that ends with blank lines. The hang occurs before writing the file. The hang does not occur with aliases, remotes, users, or variables.

argv0 Hoopy frood A Joined: Oct 2003 Posts: 3,641 Montreal, QC, Canada	Is the hang temporary? Or do you mean it completely freezes mIRC up until you kill the program? I would also open a bug report with Wine, by the way.

Khaled Hoopy frood Joined: Dec 2002 Posts: 3,840 London, UK	Thanks this issue has been fixed for the next version. The issue was not specific to Wine, it also happened when running under Windows when a rich editbox was not available (which is rare). mIRC uses different code for processing text in non-rich editboxes which made the issue appear under Wine.
