The auto-hide behavior for the channel nick lists is faulty. When the main window has the focus, the nick list shows on mouse-over, and hides on mouse-leave. When the main window does not have focus, the nick list shows on mouse-over and remains shown.
Repro steps:
1) Enable auto-hide on a channel.
2) Set the focus to (click on) another window, such as Firefox or Notepad. Resize it so the right edge of the channel is visible.
3) Mouse over the right edge of the channel, but do not click. The nick list appears.
4) Move the mouse to the second window. The nick list does not hide.
The nick list should hide when the mouse leaves the "hit box", even when another application has the focus. Or the nick list should not show when the main window does not have the focus, and remain hidden.
