Been running mIRC 7.25 across Windows 7, Windows 8 RC and Windows 8 RP and have now gone to Windows 8 Enterprise RTM. Since RTM SSL stopped working, it's greyed out in options along with the error "* SSL error: ssl not available" when trying to connect to a server.

Have you tried RE-installing the SSL dlls found on http://mirc.com/ssl.html?

You might need to.

Ah, my bad. I had to reinstall 7.25 at one point and forgot that I had put the SSL files inside the old mIRC directory therefor not having to install it between OS installs.
