Often, these messages are caused by someone else with a similar IP as you being infected with something. The server bans a group of IP addresses and incorrectly bans you as well. Most of those will automatically unban within 24-48 hours, but you can go to their website and email them and ask them to remove the ban on you.

Also, I have seen certain servers/networks who give a similar "virus or trojan" message if your IDENTD or NICK appear to be from a bot or spammer. Make sure your nick and your identd (Alt-O > Connect > Identd) are not just random letters or numbers. Note that depending on your settings, you may have Identd using your email address. If so, check that as well.

Something like asdsdg will prevent you from connecting to certain servers, for example. When checking/changing any information like that, be aware that you are still banned until the ban time expires or you get them to remove the ban. So you won't be able to just try different things right now and test them. It will still give you the same message until the ban is gone. But you should be able to determine if any of those items look unusual.

The network you're connecting to is Undernet. Use Google to find their website and the website will have contact information on it.

I used to have this problem occasionally when I had dialup on an ISP that gave me a different IP address each time i dialed in.

Occasionally I'd have an IRC Network tell me that I was infected with a virus. I'd hang up and dial again, and this time while having a different IP address, the IRC Network no longer thought I had a virus, because I wasn't using the flagged IP address that formerly had an infected user.

But depending on what kind of mask the IRC Network is blocking, and what variety of IP addresses your ISP has, it may be harder for you to avoid this false positive than it was for me.
