I want to use IRC in a game but I can't seem to get Mirc to run over this game.

I can set it up so that Mirc will always be over any browser windows or file folders, but for some reason this game will always be in front over all other windows when I try to play on full screen.

My question is how can I get mirc or any irc client for that matter on top of full screen games?

You can't put an app on top of a full screen game. Run the game in maximized Windowed mode (usually Alt-Enter will change from full screen to windowed, but it depends on the game).

Or get a second monitor.
