It always pops out when I wanna close the program

The options page should only pop up if mIRC does not know what nick to use when (automatically) connecting to a network.

Am I correct then that the nick editbox is empty?

No, it has an unused name

Then do you perhaps mean: Tools > Options > Connect > Options > Show connect on startup?
