I'd like to suggest that either the entire text of the section "Halting text" (Index keywords "Halting default text") be incorporated in the "Event Prefixes" sub-section of the "Access levels" section, or a reference to the "Halting text" section included in the "Event Prefixes" sub-section.
I would also like to suggest adding an additional Index entry for "Prefixes" that points to the "Halting default text" section.
