OP Wiz126 Babel fish W Joined: Mar 2010 Posts: 57	on a network like irc.swiftirc.net you can be +a (without +o) and set +b you can be +h and set +b in network that supports ownership of channels (As with the network I stated above) +q without +a or +o can still set +b as well

Also, +a isn't always admin and may not be able to use /ban depending on the network. It's not a standard level. Not sure if Khaled will put it in anyhow or not, but just wanted to make you aware of that. Also, I believe +h is limited in their /ban ability, but I could be wrong there.
