Forums Bug Reports mIRC Scripts Editor - Show on Desktop option

Okay, it's not a serious bug, but a bug in my opinion. In the scripts editor, if you click on Options->Show on Desktop, this will either enable or disable the option to have the editor show on the desktop, but the effect is not immediate. In fact, you must close the scripts editor and re-open it for it to either appear or disappear from the desktop taskbar. I feel this is a bug in the sense that it seems as though the option does nothing, until you close and reopen the editor.

I already reported this a while ago, it is by design.

Still seems like it should automatically work, or at least tell the user that it won't take effect until the editor is closed and reopened, or something.

The next version will display a notification that the editor needs to be closed and then reopened for this change to take effect.
