Scripts/bots/etc that are made by other people aren't generally supported on these boards, simply because there are thousands of them on the internet and it's simply not possible to keep up with them all.
Generally you need to contact the author of the script that you're trying to use - look for a "readme" file or help file within the script and it may have contact details. Also, do you get any error messages?
