It could be a timer (that is part of a script) calling a command, which directly or indirectly calls the command MPCVID
It could also be any on TEXT/ACTION/NOTICE/... event calling the alias.
Googling seems to suggest it is a command supported by gtsdll (a mIRC script) which can be called externally by Media Player Classic.
