Hi, I have Windows 7 Home Premium x64.
I noticed that mIRC uses the basic theme, which doesn't look very pretty.
I purchased mIRC if you need that info.
Also, Aero was present before but after using Teamviewer, it screwed up.
Hope some people can help me laugh

Sounds like something bugged with Teamviewer rather than mIRC.

Teamviewer is not compatible with the Windows 7 Aero theme and automatically disables it once another PC connects to you.

it either does it on purpose for speed, or it has to do with the rendering engine, if its ogl, then ogl auto disables the dwm (controls glass)

Who told you this think , try download the TeamViewer 5 latest version, and retry!

I have TVer 5 and I have tried that, and it still disables it. It doesn't do it for performance reasons, it does it because TVer is incompatible with the theme. I don't know the exact reason why but that's how it is.

Check your settings and you shall see that it do inactivates it, but only because to increase peformance, not what you belive, you can teamviewer keep the aero enabled if you set that in the settings.
