1 - Where can I download Mirc?
The link at Mirc.com goes to Cnet but they no longer have the program.

2 - Can I use Mirc free or does it time out so you have to pay $20 to use it?

3 - Is the download at Mirc.net safe? Is it the same program?

The CNet download page is working for me, but you can also download mIRC from one of the trusted mirror sites (click here).

The mIRC licence agreement requires that you register mIRC after 30 days. This costs $20, but the fee can be halved using this coupon.

The download at mirc.net is trustworthy.
