Hi. I had a problem with my broadband connection and was adivsed to use a Norton removal tool to get rid of Norton files that were still lingering after I had deinstalled Norton. I did that (and will also deinstall/reinstall AVG + use an AVG removal). Now I cannot play some scripts. I saw that the files are still in the mIRC folder. Do I need a special upload command to activate them again? Thanks ... some support is really appreciated. smile

If they are no longer in your scripts editor (Alt+R, also check the View menu there to see all loaded script files), you can reload them via the File menu.

Thanks. I will look into that. What is the command for reloading the scripts (in case they are no longer there)? Thanks! smile

Like I said, you can use File > Load in the Script Editor.

Alternatively you can use the command line /load -rs <path to file>
See /help /load

Eager to hear, do you know the reason for your script vanishing?

I'm one of the ones who patrols zombie/trojan botnets, removing/unloading trojan scripts when I come across them. Perhaps if you aren't sure of the reason for your scripts unloading, you might want to look into it a bit more.
