Hi all.
I know that I'm using an old version of Mirc but I like it the way I configured, and the script that I use supports only this version of Mirc, so don't advice me to upgrade please.
What can I do to see utf-8 character on the channel ? Maybe an script or somethin`...

Thank you in advance.

If the only reason for staying with 5.91 is due to a script that you are using, I would recommend contacting the authors of the script and enquiring of an update for the script.

Most scripts are compatible with more up-to-date versions of mIRC, as Khaled tries very hard to ensure that an update to the program is backwards compatible with previous versions.

The main exception to this, to my knowledge, is if there is a bug in the older version of mIRC that gets fixed.

Beggars can't be choosers. You can't ask for the updated functionality of mIRC without the updates to mIRC. If you want features that were added to mIRC in the last 10 years, you need to use the updated mIRC with those features. The reason mIRC is updated is because not everything can be implemented via a script-- Unicode support certainly cannot; it absolutely requires an upgrade.
