OP Spazzy Bowl of petunias S Joined: May 2009 Posts: 2	Awhile ago, I read somewhere on the MIRC site that people on a fixed/low income can register for $10 but I cannot find the page anymore. Is that still policy and if so, how does one go about it? Thanks in advance
