Good, I'm almost an experienced user and would like mIRC to run code on unix Shell scripting mIRC and I would suggest you do get an interpreter to run mirc scripting / Shell Sockets in a unix like a bot, Thanks and I hope answers and opinions on this suggestion

He's not going to rewrite the whole mIRC scripting language for the Unix shell

I've been considering writing something similar to the above, a CLI mSL (mIRC Scripting Language) parser.

I remember there was such project, it was called MRC, it had a website and a #mrc channel on StayNet. Can't remember the websites url and the channel seem to be gone now.
But I remember I saw someone saying in the channel that he had no time to work further on the project.
