Forums Connection Issues won't launch

hi, i have a problem with mIRC as it won't launch. It was fine the day before but now it doesn't launch when I double click on it. Everything else on the computer launches except mIRC. I've un-installed it and re-installed it again and it still won't launch. It is a trial version but their are two weeks left on it.

thanks for that. I had a look but then I discovered my computer had a trojan horse virus. everything stopped launching and then it just froze. Luckily I had a desktop packed away that was previously screwed but now its running smoothly and better than it was when I had to stop using it a year ago
