OP HLM Mostly harmless H Joined: Feb 2009 Posts: 1	I have looked looked and looked again, searched several times, can someone tell me how I can turn this on by DEFAULT?

Open options.. goto: IRC > Options look for group box "Flash on message" each item checked there will make mirc flash when that even happens.
