i tried to enter $network [h:nntt]
i got this as a result:

$13epwork [5:13pm] <&nick 1> old fart qb vs kid qb
$13epwork [5:13pm] <&Ryu> test
$13epwork [5:13pm] <&nick 1> lots of tv angles
$13epwork [5:13pm] <&nick 2> haha

how can i get it to understand and enter Network Name then Time before my nick?

you may have to do some remote scripts to change the output as $network translates to $[minutes]e[anti meridian and post meridian]work

The timestamp format does not support evaluation of identifiers, though this has been suggested in the past.
