I went to eset.com and did an online scan and for some reason these files all come up as viruses.
No other virus scanner has every said anything about these files and I've been using Mirc for years.

C:\Mirc\sdfind398.zip IRC/Bomber trojan
C:\Mirc\sdfind398.zip »ZIP »SDmirc.ini IRC/Bomber trojan
C:\Mirc\sdfind399c.zip IRC/Bomber trojan
C:\Mirc\sdfind399c.zip »ZIP »SDmirc.ini IRC/Bomber trojan
C:\Mirc\SDmirc.ini IRC/Bomber trojan

Could there be a reason for this other then an actual trojan?

None of those files come from a standard mIRC install. If you don't know where they came from then I suggest removing your mIRC install, running a full virus scan and then reinstalling a clean mIRC.

If you do know where they came from then you should be asking there.

A quick google search reveals that to be a file server script. If you don't use it, I suggest you remove the files.
