I want to limit channels where ppl can hightlight my nick
Is there a way or some script around?

I don't understand. You can't control what other people do on their own clients unless they use mIRC with scripts you wrote.

I released a highlight script that allows you to manage a list of nicks to ignore along with lists of channels to ignore and words to ignore.
