Can someone please help me? I have been banned from MIRC for TCKG5. I have no idea why. I did mistakenly download an upgrade to MIRC when I wasnt supposed to. Please someone tell me how to fix this. Thank you. Any help is greatly appreciated. I paid for both the program and registaration and I don't want to have lost that money completely. Thanks again.

There's nothing called "banned from mIRC" -- You get banned from an IRC network you connect to. What is the ban message?

Greetings, I do not know anything about MIRC or IRC but I was banned from TCKG5 and I have no idea. I have emailed what I think is their admin support but I have yet to get a response. I cannot access their online forums since they tell me that my account is inactive. Do you know if there is anything that I can try. I am at my wits end.

What's the deal with this TCKG5 software bundle, is it authorized or even a real distribution of mIRC (rather than an IRC module just named 'mIRC')?

In any case to you TCKG5 users that are getting banned:

You're out of luck, there is nothing you can do except pray the author(s)/admin(s) of Power Karaoke unban you.

This is a support forum for mIRC. If you don't know anything about mIRC then you're undoubtedly asking in the wrong place. We can't help you if this is not an mIRC issue (it's not. at most it's an unrelated IRC issue). You have to contact the people who run/operate/own whatever "TCKG5" is. That's all the advice we can give you.

- argv[0] on EFnet #mIRC
