OP state Vogon poet S Joined: Jun 2004 Posts: 133	user is ~Anon9625@host81-153-25-199.range81-153.btcentralplus.com keeps rejoining. !~@*.btcentralplus.com i think this would be right but i dont want to wild card btcentralplus users. is this right or wrong?

Because the person keeps connecting in a certain range, rather than one specific host, it's more difficult to keep them out and not affect anyone else.
