Why doesn't this work?

Well, it works, but if there's a log that's 1000 lines long and someone decides they want to stop it, the script tells them there is no log currently being displayed even though there is. Any ideas?

Ah, wait... set %showlog 0

EDIT: Nevermind. Changing that doesn't fix the problem.

Rather than referencing a variable, to see if a log is being played or not, I suggest you use the $play identifier.
