i am new with the program and new on computer can you help me i lost my voice can anyone help me please ?

you dont need your voice to sit behind a computer ^o)

Voicing in a chat room/channel is up to the ops in the channel and there is nothing we can do if they don't want to give it to you.

Further more this 'topic' has been brought up several times before, and using the Search feature with the term 'voice' would've brought up all of the previous topics and their related replies (probably 90% of which are similar to what I just posted.)

Voice are something a channel op giving you. the person with a @ infront of there nick. it's given to make it possible to talk when channel are +m (moderated), if you don't have it you wouldent be able to type to the channel, so as long as the channel arent set +m i wouldent care to much about the + infront of your nick if i was you.
