Forums Feature Suggestions Allow .gif for icons in Dialog boxes?

Hey,

I've been toying around with dialogs again. Just got around to adding icons to some of them.

I was a bit saddened that .gif files didn't work correctly. I made a very short "movie" and compressed it into a .gif file. While Mirc shoes the first frame, it doesn't actually play the movie in the dialog box.

I realize this isn't a major concern for most people. And, yes, I can script around it. I thought it would be pretty cool if mirc allowed such things to happen without the need to script it in.

I think this has already been asked, it's a good suggestion and it would be good to see this for /drawpic as well

that wouldnt be possible for drawpic
but you could be able to specify the frame number for drawpic and do it that way
