I'm trying to locate the mirc program that i downloaded and payed in full.

It'll be wherever you installed it. By default that's C:\Program Files\mIRC\mirc.exe

If you're trying to locate the installation program, it would be whereever you saved it to when you did the download. It's been so long since I setup my system to save my downloads to a specific location, I can't remember what the various default locations are, as that will also depend on how you did the download.. ie: if you used Microsoft Explorer, Firefox, another browser or even a download manager.

you can always also just download it again since the registration is sent to you by email and isn't linked to one specific download of the installer :-P
