How do I find SOp's on a server? ...and I don't mean by reading the MOTD either. Is there a way I can search for them?

I registered; you should too.

If you mean IRCOps, use:

/who 0 o

I tried '/who 0 o' and it just returned one person, but they didn't have an @ by their name. So, I asked them and they said no.

Then the network may not support that feature. I believe the major IRCd's support that. As a note, it can also tend to bring up network bots.
