Allow resizing of the "mIRC Channel Central" and "mIRC Address Book" windows.
Resizing should follow the conventions already used - such as the ALT+SPACE+S hot-key and 'grabbing the window border' with the mouse and dragging.
Ideally only those controls showing multiple items (e.g. list-boxes and edit-boxes etc.) should be resized within the window. Resizing of buttons or check-boxes etc. is not (in my opinion) desirable.
For a graphical example, please see the crudely modified screen shot below. Hopefully this will give a clearer understanding of this request is about.
(Tabs in the "mIRC Address Book" such as Notify, Control, Nick Colors and Highlight would be the ones benefiting from this window being resizable.)
