how do I get ftp lists from mIRC

You mean irc lists? FTP isn't what mirc is about. ftp is file sharing, and has nothing to do with mirc. Server lists are in the options windows (alt+o) under the connect option.

You can exchange things right??

I know that i can exchange ftp´s. not the actually files but only the ftp adress.

and what I wanna know is: on wich server or\and channel can I exchange de adresses??

If you are talking about exchanging the addresses of ftp services containing mp3s/warez, that is illegal, and we won't help you with it.
