This error is very common but unfortunately it also has many possible avenues of resolution. Just about every solution that has been gathered, from the general to the specific, has been posted in
this thread. It's a pain, but you have to kind of sift through those solutions, and even then whilst it's likely something for you is there, it's not certain. The most common issues are in the first post.
