I have all my windows maximized and mirc is in tray, if I right click on the icon, and then choose "notify list", the notify list window opened *un-maximized* and all my window have this statement.If the notify list window is already open (maximized or not), this doesn't happen.
Since i don't use the notify list window, i'm not sure this is a bug.
The same thing happened with "urls list"
