Hello. I posted about this quite awhile back, but didnt really get any replies. I know someone just made a topic about something similar to this - but thats not what im talking about. The log folder structure doesnt make entire sense to me, i still of course use it - but i wish it was different.

Currently the way things are logged are:
C:\path\to\mirc\logdir\NETWORKNAME\#CHANNELandDATE.log

... this doesnt make alot of sense to me. It takes a bit of time to find a specific logfile you're looking for when its structured this way. I think that you should be able to choose between a few different logging methods, this is what id like to see:

C:\path\to\mirc\logdir\D-A-TE\NETWORKNAME\CHANNEL.log

Like i said, some people may not prefer this method, so itd be nice if it was optional. and yes, i do realise that i could script this fairly easily, but itd be nice if it was a native feature in mirc controllable by the options dialog.

alt+o IRC->Logging > uncheck date filename wink
