RusselB Hoopy frood R Joined: Aug 2004 Posts: 7,252 Ontario, Canada	It could be, but it sounds like you should also check with your ISP (Internet Service Provider) and ensure that they aren't blocking the ports used for IRC (and MSN as you now are seeing a similar problem there).
