why the well-known issues with sjis/jis & non-english-non-iso-2022-jp encodings, also the issues with different encodings used in channels of the same name (+ multiple encodings in status windows) are being ignored? they were reported and confirmed many times before; nevertheless, the bugs are still present in the new 6.3 version. why?
