First:

the /hop bug: I wanted to /hop a channel that i was on but i typed that command in another channel i was on and i hopped the channel i was on instead.

Try to fix /cline

Not sure what you're trying to do but you can't /hop a channel as if it was the active window when you're not on this channel

what's the problem with /cline ?

The /hop bug doesn't make any sense to me. As far as I can read, you're saying "I wanted to hop on #channel1, but I typed /hop in #channel2 and so I ended up hopping #channel2". You'll need to better explain that. Please realise that "/hop #channel" is meant to part the channel you type it in and then go to the channel you specified.

As for /cline, again, a proper bug report would be appreciated. I'm sure you're aware of how silly your "report" is due to its lack of information.

As far as I tested, "/hop" and "/hop #chan" work like they did before.
If you want to part-rejoin the same channel you could use "/hop -c #chan" or the undocumented "/cycle #chan" command alternatively.

Err, it's a command performed by unreal IRCd, not mIRC. My apologies.
