Forums Scripts & Popups remote menu to popup location

I've searched the help file and the forums with no success.

Is there a way (besides order of loading scripts) to place menu items in remotes at the top of current popups?

ie:
menu channel {
blah
.blah
-
}

to show at the top of channel popups as:

blah
-
Channel Modes (etc. etc.)

I think the only way is order the loaded scripts. Unless a DLL can do that, which I haven't heard/seen yet.

*sigh* was afraid of that ..
