Forums mIRC Help /aop list?

Ok, so i found out there is an inbuilt aop list in mirc :>
Question is now how do i use it?
I know how to start it, stop it and add users.
But i don't understand how i can remove users..
Also is there a way to view the whole ao list?

The list can be edited in Address Book (Alt+B) -> Control.

You can view the /aop command syntax with /help /aop.
